Our client, a growing financial services firm with 800+ employees, is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in delivering strategic HR support to revenue generating groups, acting as a trusted advisor and driving core HR initiatives like Talent Management, Employee Relations, and Succession Planning.

Reporting into their highly esteemed Senior Vice President, Human Resources you will:
* Partner with leadership to build capabilities while managing talent and performance.
* Build out and sophisticate current HR offerings ensuring a best practices approach in line with the company’s people and business strategy.
* Provide guidance on HR policies, employment law, and employee relations.
* Collaborate with HR teams to align strategies with business objectives.

What you need:
* 5+ years of HR or Employment Law experience, ideally in banking or financial services.
* Strong project management skills, a proactive mindset, and comfort working in fast-paced environments.
* Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and empathy.
