In this role, you will report directly to the Director of HR Shared Services and will be instrumental in facilitating the integration of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Your primary focus will be to minimize manual tasks and enhance data accuracy, thereby improving the overall efficiency of our HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute data entry and processing functions for new employees, ensuring precision in HR systems.
- Manage internal modifications such as employee relocations, advancements, and salary adjustments.
- Work in close collaboration with the HRIS team to address and rectify data inconsistencies.
- Uphold the confidentiality and integrity of employee information.
- Support various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Demonstrated experience in HR administration or similar roles.
- Proficient in HRIS and ATS platforms with a strong technical aptitude.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capable of working autonomously as well as part of a team.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.
- Hourly compensation: $25/hour
- Remote work flexibility: Currently one day per week.
