We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team at our Headquarters office in Indianapolis, Indiana.

As we continue to expand, we need a dynamic SDR to join our team. This role will be crucial in identifying and generating new business opportunities through inbound leads and lead generation, nurturing relationships with potential customers and helping understand their business needs to and provide marketing content.

This person will also help with some marketing functions to help drive our social media presence and help create content to attract leads. Digital marketing knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC would be a plus.

Position Duties:

This position is an inside sales role focused on identifying prospective clients, lead generation, prospect nurturing, Hubspot database tracking and some marketing support activities.

Inbound Lead Qualification - Review and assess inbound leads from various channels (website, email, events, etc.), use HubSpot CRM to manage and track leads through the qualification process, engage with leads to understand their needs, pain points, and potential fit for our products/services and schedule follow-up calls with our Regional Sales Managers (RSMs)

Lead Generation - Utilize tools and techniques (email marketing, social media outreach, content marketing, cold calling) to develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract new prospects

Data Management and Reporting - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in HubSpot CRM, analyze lead data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and prepare reports on lead qualification and generation activities for the sales team

Position Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Proven experience in lead qualification and generation, preferably in the machine tool or related industry.

- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM is a strong plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
