Kinetico Water Systems has an immediate opportunity for a motivated and results driven Business Development Sales Representative to join our growing team in our Indianapolis location
Overview:
As a Business Development Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and fostering long-term relationships with customers within a local territory.
This role offers a $60,000 base salary plus no cap commission.
In addition to a company vehicle, sales performance incentive trips and comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential customers, both residential and commercial, through various channels including phone calls, emails, and networking.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling in- home presentations and demonstrations of our products/services to prospective clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and service teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and customer feedback.

Education & Qualifications:
- Required: High School Diploma / GED with 1-3 years of sales-related work experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
- Valid drivers’ license and a clean driving record.
- Technical sales experience a plus.
- In-home sales experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM tool.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving market conditions.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to travel within the territory.
