About Us:
At OneWay Property Restoration, we drive innovation in the service industry. Our team is passionate, creative, and dedicated to excellence. We provide services to the multi-family housing community market, specializing in three service levels. Hard surface cleaning includes carpet, tile, hardwood, and laminate rejuvenation. Typically provided when units are turned over or when tenants move out. We continue that service by providing emergency flood extractions, demolition, and reconstruction services when serious incidents, like floods, occur. We're on the hunt for a talented Outside Sales Representative who excels in building close relationships, advocating for customers, and closing deals.

Position Overview:
As a sales representative, you will call on communities within the geographic region serviced by our local office. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, with trust being the foundation. You will become a representative of OneWay and the customer's central point of contact. You will be paid a base salary with no draw, and as you bring online new accounts, you will be paid a commission on each new customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Excellence: Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building. Close deals and achieve sales targets.

  • Market Insights: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the marketing team to refine strategies
