The Headlines:   

In the role of HR Coordinator working in Milwaukee you will be part of the Global Business Services (GBS) team. You will be responsible for coordinating interview processes with internal and external stakeholders and providing administrative support to various HR areas including Talent Management and HR Business Partners in supporting the execution of their hiring initiatives.

 

This position reports to the Team Lead and works closely with various HR teams.

 

 

The Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate interviews for candidates, send confirmations to candidates and interviewers, and provide interview materials while adhering to SLA requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline business processes by modifying or creating procedural documentation. Work with Global Business Services, HR, and business teams to define and communicate processes.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures, process maps, FAQ’s, job aids, etc.
  • Building and maintain strong and effective relationships by collaborating with business unit and department team members to foster trust, commitment, accountability, and results.

 

 

The Other Qualifications:  

  • You have a High School diploma or GED
  • You have experience (3+ years) in administrative roles and at least 1 year of experience in HR.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome 
  • You take accountability for results - acting with integrity and honoring commitments. 
  • You have a thirst for learning - you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow.
