As a collaborative partner to the Senior Executive Director, you will play a critical role guiding our transformative campus-wide efforts to raise the funds that drive our success. As a creative, strategic and experienced annual giving professional, you will lead an innovative team centrally as well as provide guidance and insight to school/unit annual giving managers and staff. As our Senior Director, you will actively participate in and manage strategic planning, operational systems and digital fundraising, communications and telemarketing programs and initiatives enabling success of annual giving at UCLA. Drawing on your ability to develop and implement proven approaches to annual giving, you will expand and enhance our annual giving efforts while advancing your career as you experiment with innovative technologies and marketing tools in a supportive environment where you will receive the guidance, inspiration and resources to excel.
