We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Director to join our team at Tripalink. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy and direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting to the executive team and board of directors.
- Financial Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Capital Management: Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing.
- Financial Controls and Compliance: Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. MBA or CPA is often preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role.
- Skills: Strong understanding of financial management principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary range: $220,000 - $260,000 per year.
