Our client is looking to build out their sales team. They are fast growing company looking for someone who has experience calling on restaurants/chains selling in products or a service. They are looking for a strong hunter, business development person.
  • This position will report directly to the Owner/President of the business.
  • The candidate is expected to have strong outside sales experience, be extremely professional and possess the people, listening, communication and customer service skills, which are key ingredients of the role.
  • The candidate must have outside sales and marketing experience in the hospitality, food sales & distribution, kitchen equipment sales, restaurants and/or catering industry. Preferably an industry closely related to the sale and/or distribution of food ingredients and supplies will be a great advantage.
  • Competence in time management and ability to set priorities and drive sales and design marketing initiatives to promote the brand with minimum supervision.
  • Provide weekly updates and progress review on sales targets; plan vs. actual.
  • Tracking sales and analyzing sales performance and results.
  • Ability to design and implement sales strategies and self-identify sales shortfalls and develop gap closure plans.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager for any operational or service issues.
  • This position will have tremendous professional and upward growth opportunities within the company based on performance and delivering solid financial results.

    They are going to have a base with an uncapped commission structure paid out quarterly plus a yearly 15% bonus. Car allowance as well.

    MUST LIVE IN PENSACOLA/ FORT WALTON BEACH/DESTIN FLORIDA AREA.
