Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Acosta Group. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving product sellout within an assigned territory of 50+ carrier and retail stores in a dedicated geographical territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive increased sell-through and market share for each store within the designated territory.
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners to share knowledge and best practices through training and other strategic activities.
  • Collect and analyze sales and market data to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Train and influence retail sales associates to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Maintain a highly visible and consistent presence in designated retail stores within the assigned territory.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5-8+ years combined sales and/or retail sales experience with strong relative experience in retail business and/or wireless.
  • 3+ years' supervisor/management experience managing direct reports in a retail and/or retail sales field.
  • Ability to schedule and lead virtual training and events with minimal support.
  • Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
