Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Quest Health Solutions LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by establishing strong customer relationships and developing strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing and implementing sales strategies to capture new business opportunities and expand market share.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and influencers within the healthcare industry, providing exceptional customer service to existing clients and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's DME products and services, staying updated on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes.
  • Marketing and Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the territory, participating in industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote the company's products and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the healthcare or medical equipment sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
