About the Role:
We are looking for a customer obsessed Account Manager to support the Amazon Advertising sales team.
You will play a critical role in our ability to prioritize both quality and speed to onboard net-new customers.
As a member of a growing team, you will support sales in meeting its goals and providing excellent customer service to clients.
In this role, you will build proposals for media plans inclusive of measurement strategies to support client goals and requests.
You will drive operational excellence in this role to ensure our campaigns launch as planned to meet client expectations.
The Pre-sales AM plays a critical role in media & measurement strategy, supporting pre-sale pipeline management, insights enablement, and opportunity accuracy in CRM system.
Key job responsibilitiesJob Responsibilities Pre-sales Account Manager owns media planning for net-new advertises, inclusive of media plan creation and measurement setup, acting as a consultant for all measurement solutions Intake of prospecting pipeline and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) Earning Trust while influencing buying decisions Map account strategies, aligning resources and uncovering which of our video products best serve the advertiser's needs.
