Work with young adults/students to create career plans and set achievable goals
- Conduct presentations on resume writing, job interviewing skills, and other career-related topics
- Provide guidance and support to young adults/students throughout the career planning process
- High School diploma or experience in a related field
- Experience working with young adults/students in a mentoring or coaching capacity
- Knowledge of career planning and job search strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
