The ideal candidate will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals, engaging with both public and private sector clients, while overseeing planning initiatives and conducting comprehensive environmental impact assessments, including compliance with relevant regulations.
This role may encompass responsibilities such as project management, deputy project management, task management, or serving as a technical expert based on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with partners to spearhead business development efforts through outreach to local and regional agencies and private sector clients.
• Develop proposals and contracts in conjunction with other managers and marketing personnel, while proactively tracking and securing new task orders from existing clientele.
• Plan, implement, and deliver environmental planning projects in partnership with a wide array of technical specialists.
• Oversee projects to ensure completion aligns with established scopes of work and budgetary constraints.
• Engage team members, delegate project tasks, and manage internal teams and subcontractors to adhere to timelines and financial plans.
• Ensure the preparation of technical studies and environmental documentation is thorough, accurate, and defensible.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and foster the professional growth of team members.
