THE ROLE


The talent acquisition team plays a key part here at AllSaints and John Varvatos and we are passionate about attracting the best talent to our brand. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter you will find great talent and create an efficient, engaging and effective recruitment experience for all candidates and hiring managers. Recruiting for roles accross Retail, Head Office and our Distribution Centre.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition based in our iconic East London Studios (UK) you will be part of a team of 4, working within the wider People & Culture team. Your day will be varied and you’ll spend a good part of it talking to applicants and candidates about why AllSaints is a great place to work and measuring their suitability based on our company values. You’ll also be working closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements. The role is fast paced and fun, challenging and rewarding.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

 

  • Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilising multiple resources (LinkedIn Recruiter, your own network, job boards, etc.).
  • Recruit for high-volume roles across our stores, head office and distribution centre.
  • Conduct telephone interviews and support with assessment centres
  • Give constructive feedback to candidates ensuring that their experience is seamless and consistent from beginning to end
  • Partner with the Retail teams to maintain effective recruitment processes - keeping an eye on time to hire without compromising on quality of talent
  • Attract and engage passive candidates - build your own network
  • Proactively identify talent challenges and creating impactful solutions to address them
  • Drive exceptional candidate experience, constantly seeking ways to improve the process
  • Keeping up-to-date with company policies and relevant employment law
  • Create and maintain accurate job descriptions

ABOUT THE LOCATION

Our North America region is made up of 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, with our flagship store in New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand’s iconic aesthetic to West Hollywood, CA.
