We are seeking a proactive and professional Administrative Coordinator to support a dynamic organization based in Aurora, CO.


Pay Rate: $22-$26 hourly

Schedule: In office daily; Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Location: Aurora, CO 80019


What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, scheduling service appointments, providing updates, and addressing any concerns.
  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments, assigning service requests to technicians, ensuring they have the necessary equipment, tools, and materials to complete the job.
  • Create and manage work orders for service requests, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the tracking system.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records, including inspection reports, insurance information, service agreements, client communications, materials used, and billing information.
  • Manage the service inspection backflows process, including compliance reporting and updating third-party systems with insurance information and inspection reports.
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, customer calls, dispute resolution, generating reports, tracking, and sending statements.
  • Perform basic accounting functions, such as Accounts Payable coding or Payroll data entry.



What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative/customer service role (experience with On-Call Services is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and strong communication skills
  • Positive, reliable, and hard working team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Please note that a background check and drug screen will be required upon hire
