Business Support Specialist

Hamilton is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative and clerical functions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and confidential records, reports, and documents.
  • Assist in the coordination and drafting of contracts and legal documents.
  • Oversee office activities, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication.
  • Prepare reports, business correspondence, and presentations, demonstrating strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Compile data and track progress on delegated tasks, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with management to complete projects, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, office management, or a related field.
  • Three or more years of experience in a professional office setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Access, or similar software.
  • Excellent English grammar, spelling, and composition skills.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 w.p.m.
