The Role

The Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the future process design for Fidelity. The Advanced Process Solutions team plays a meaningful role in helping guide Fidelity towards a digital operating model future state, in which digital is encouraged over paper, client interactions are digitized and automated, and operating associates are focused on complex, high value work. In this role, you will:

  • Analyze and validate opportunities to digitize Fidelity s operating system, impacting tens of thousands internal operating associates, through re-engineering and effective use of technologies.
  • Engage and collaborate with business and technology partners both within Enterprise Technology and the various business units throughout the firm.
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment guiding and supporting the analytical review for joint APS & Business Partner initiatives & roadmaps using outcome-oriented approaches and tools that enable high quality decision making.


The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 3+ years' experience with Lean / Re-Engineering process analysis; or
  • 2+ years' experience with Business Design and Transformation experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with top-down business analysis leading to impactful outcomes on strategic goals and objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to critically analyze complex business processes/ operating models
  • Possess a blend of business knowledge, problem solving skills, and technology expertise.
  • Skilled communicator with a passion for influencing and collaborating with others.
  • Driven by a deep commitment to delivering value to our clients.
  • Experience In an agile structure collaboratively engaging with business partners to define and implement consistent practices and standards for the specialized skills and expertise of your CoE.
  • Driven and committed to developing your own expertise and knowledge to bring the latest thinking to your role to empower others with that knowledge.


The Team

We work in a highly matrixed operating environment, aligned within the Firm s agile operating model and working with key business partners.

You will work within APS Business Architecture Center of Excellence alongside team members and business partners from a range of backgrounds, including business process re-engineers / lean practitioners, solution architects, product teams, and others.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
