Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Authorizing and overseeing the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, and support of all software applications supporting the company's Human Resource Department
  • Handling complex issues related to the Human Resources Information Systems (specifically SAP Success Factors)
  • Managing direct reports
Here is what our ideal candidate has:
  • 8+ years of managing and supporting large HRIS systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Kronos, ADP, etc
  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors and modules (Timekeeping, Core HRIS, and Payroll)
  • Experience with large-scale implementation and post-go live support as an HRIS Manager
  • Large company, enterprise-level experience
  • Experience managing large budgets/multi-million dollar budgets
  • Experience with direct reports
