Project Management Associate

Amplity has an exciting new opportunity to join our Project Management Team. Position Summary:

The Project Management Associate (PMA) supports the Project Management team in delivering contract obligations and Amplity standards for assigned client programs. The PMA is able to deftly manage competing priorities and multiple clients’ needs, through prioritization and knowing when to escalate situations for additional support. This person excels at obtaining information, creating and maintaining supporting project documents, assisting Project Managers with completing various projects and activities, and is responsible for most of the project management data entry functions in Workday. A top-notch PMA will be able to manage all of their tasks while functioning in a fast paced, matrixed environment, that is apt to change, in order to ensure that client needs and Amplity standards are being met. The PMA is the backbone of the Project Management Team and is a highly valued team member that allows our group to function effectively. A PMA worth their weight in gold can work on varying levels of detail while understanding how his/her own actions impact the bigger picture.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Liaise between PMs, vendors, and internal departments to help the PM department deliver on contract and Amplity standards Coordination of various project activities, including but not limited to:Data management requirements assigned to the PM function in WorkdayCreation, maintenance of and/or improvements to tools, templates and processes for projects managed by the PM teamAssisting PMs in facilitation of information exchange between workstreams, documentation of processes, and the effective and efficient management of Box, Teams, Sharepoint or other toolsDistributes communications to internal departments, field, and clientsAssist PMs with troubleshooting and/or escalation of various issues effecting the delivery of contract scopeAssists Project Managers as needed in other project related dutiesComplete special projects as assigned by head of PM department 

Key Working relationships :

Report up through Amplity VP, Program and Project Management org structure Work closely with Amplity Project Managers and other internal teams – business line leadership, Incentive Comp, Technology, Finance, Contracting, Compliance, and other functional teams. May work with Clients and Vendors directly in support of Client projects

Education and Experience:

Required:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience 2+ years’ experience working in a customer service environment, in support of external customers Proven ability to provide exceptional customer support and service Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong project management skills Demonstrated decision making skills Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize appropriately Executive decision-making skills

Preferred:

Pharmaceutical or CSO experience Experience with Workday, MS Teams, Zoom, Webex
