Position Summary: We are in search of a skilled Project Manager to oversee surveying projects. This role is essential for ensuring quality control and effective communication with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality assurance of all survey documentation, including plans and descriptions.
  • Deliver weekly updates on project status to stakeholders and management.
  • Manage surveying operations, including staff oversight and client interactions across multiple projects.
  • Implement safety and quality control procedures to maintain high standards.
  • Engage in business development efforts to cultivate relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure profitability, including preparation of billing reports.
  • Support staff development and maintain accountability for project metrics.
  • Promote the company’s brand and values through positive representation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Land Surveyor in New Jersey is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and leadership roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex documents and drawings.
  • Proficient in using technical software and business applications.
  • Motivated and results-oriented individual.
