The Executive Vice President Aircraft Management is available in Columbus, OH.  As Executive Vice President Aircraft Management you will report directly to the President, or such other person as may be designated from time to time by executive management during the term of your employment. Although your duties and responsibilities may change over time at the Company’s discretion, your duties primarily will include:

Position Summary:

This position develops and executes the strategy for the engagement and client satisfaction of aircraft owners through direct correspondence with each owner and through consistent communications and coordination with the maintenance, marketing, accounting, operations, and sales departments. Uses acquired knowledge of each owner to personalize the service and to anticipate, meet, and exceed owner needs. Communicates to aircraft owners how Vista America drives charter revenues, minimizes aircraft expenses, and maximizes aircraft utilization. In addition, market to potential aircraft owners and operators that Vista America provides management services for the aircraft owner (FAA compliance, crew hiring, aircraft maintenance scheduling and support, financial accounting, and leverage purchasing support for fuel, hangar, flight training and flight crew management, and Part 135 charter).

Responsibilities:

Gather and apply knowledge of individual aircraft owner financial goals and needs Serve as an advisor to each owner by educating them on various aspects of aircraft operations Distribute monthly management reports and address any questions surrounding aircraft owners about revenues and expenses Construct and maintain performance analysis reports to track and manage key performance indicators Assist the executive team to evaluate the financial performance of each aircraft Manage team of Account Management Advisors and Owner Services teams. Set goals, establish KPI and metrics providing commercial guidance and ongoing support Contribute to Aircraft Management team projects and initiatives that aim to improve the service experience for each aircraft owner Develop new business and grow existing business within the corporate aircraft market Ensures Vista America is professionally represented in the industry and that Vista America meets the expected level of service, responsiveness and quality objectives of the customer Achieves the established sales growth objectives Frequent travel to customer sites to deliver presentations, support new programs and expand Vista America’s business within existing customers Proactively call on new, un-developed accounts, which will include cold calling and following up on new leads Act as a liaison between the customer and internal company team members to ensure all customer expectations are communicated, understood and met throughout the organization Work closely with internal teams to develop proposals and quotations for new programs Provide technical support for new aircraft management accounts. Coordinate technical activities among the Maintenance control team and management to satisfy customer requests Maintain up to date knowledge of the industry and competitor offerings to optimize sales efforts Provide prompt delivery of sales meetings, aircraft management development plans and pipeline forecasting to the senior management team Effectively communicate new opportunities for development and tracking

Required Skills and Experience:

Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and PC skills including Salesforce, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet Problem solving skills and aptitude to answer quantitative questions as they pertain to aircraft performance Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Superior phone and customer service experience Superior attention to detail Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment Outstanding administrative and organizational skills Ability to efficiently access and analyze data Exceptional ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships Thrive in a team environment ‘Can-do’, optimistic attitude Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related area 5 to 7 years of experience in management and sales in the corporate aviation industry Demonstrated ability to meet quotas and sales plans in a highly competitive industry Demonstrated ability to work effectively within all levels of a customer’s organization, including travel, procurement and senior management Excellent knowledge of the corporate aviation market High energy and sense of urgency to drive new business growth Highly motivated; possess the desire to set and meet high performance standards based on excellence for the benefit of the customer, the individual, team members and internal customers Excellent presentation skills Maintain professional appearance and conduct
