Job Description

We are looking for an IT Client Support Analyst to provide expert remote IT support to company executives and their field-based sales team. This position will be full time and remote , with travel into Boulder, CO required as needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide expert remote IT Support to company executives and field-based sales team

  • Ensure readiness to travel to Boulder for on-site support as required

  • Maintain and manage a small inventory of laptops and iPads within their home/home office

  • Manage logistics for shipping IT equipment to remote team members

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Experience providing technical support to executive level clients within Windows and Mac environments

  • Proficiency with Apple devices such as iPad’s, iPhone’s, MacBook’s

  • Experience managing inventory and logistics

  • Ability and willingness to travel within the Boulder area for timely on-site support

  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred:

  • Apple Certified Support Professional

  • CompTIA A+ certification

Physical Demands  

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards 

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. 

  • Ability to move about to accomplish tasks or move from one worksite to another

  • Regularly access low and high spaces that may be at irregular angles such as under a desk

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

  • Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person
