This is a remote opportunity based out of Mid Atlantic US requiring travel as necessary.

Metz Culinary Management is growing and we are seeking dynamic Business Development Executives, with a strong and successful history in the Contract Dining and Environmental Services across multiple Industry Divisions to include Education, Healthcare, Retail and Corporate Dining. Description:

These roles will serve as an Ambassador and Champion of the Metz Culinary brand, by growing revenue and profit through new client acquisition. The successful candidates will be dedicated to the implementation of a successful sales strategy and execution of the full cycle business development process. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Research and create target segmentation of new business opportunities and client pools in Higher Education, B&I, School Dining ProgramsDevelop and implement sales strategies and marketing plansWork closely with Sales Enablement, Contracting, Legal and Finance to develop proposalsPrepare and present captivating, and unprecedented presentations to Clients and C-Level AssociatesUtilize technology to develop captivating presentations using graphs, charts and pivot tables to prove the value of our brandConvey the Metz Culinary strategic focus, values and attributes through impeccable communication skillsFollow through and conduct negotiationsBe prepared to provide statistics and complex business models

Requirements:

5-10 Years of Solid Food Service Management, or outsourcing Sales ExperienceStrong Background in Higher Ed/ B&I/ Schools (private and K-12) dining experienceBachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality or similar preferredSolid Technology and Computer Applications to include Microsoft OfficeExceptional Communication skills, written and verbal

Description:
