The VP will play a critical role in hiring, training, developing, and managing the software product development team in Dallas. We are searching for an individual with proven success building teams and customer-centric products in a SaaS environment. This position reports to the CEO.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage offshore, contract, and partner development resources• Drive a customer-centric product development culture• Build a small, local development team in DFW• Lead local development team in product architecture• Mentor staff and oversee team career development• Budget for resource allocation, tooling, and 3rd-party services• Perform quarterly and annual reviews of direct reports• Oversee the implementation of development standards• Proactively develop and maintain team standards, tools, and best practices• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Sales and Client Success• Oversee project plans, schedules, and development methodology• Lead Scrum Masters and Project Managers in sprint planning meetings• Ensure QA infrastructure scalability• Play an active role in fueling customer growth via quality products and services• Create detailed product development updates and presentations for executive leadership and board JOB REQUIREMENTS• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent• Master’s degree preferred• 5 years leading customer-centric development teams• 10-years of experience in software engineering, minimum 5 years within SaaS• Successful track record building high performing development teams• Experience leading teams to develop database structures and API workflows Email Apply: cBiz_humcap JJohnson Resumes **** \u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan style=\text-decoration: underline;\\u003ePosition Overview\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003eThe AVP Data Support Leader provides day-to-day management for various data operations functions, ...
