A DAY IN THE LIFE

As Early Talent Specialist at ARCO Design & Build, you will:

Oversee regional recruitment effort ensuring effective hiring practices and performance outcomes. Oversee the regional university recruiting program for the ARCO Design/Build Family of Companies Work with leadership to devise best practice and strategy for attracting top talent from new universities.  Collaborate with Senior Executives and create cross-functional partnerships to facilitate, develop and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with the needs of the business. Create and implement strategies and processes to promote the organization with a strong focus on building a high-quality talent pipeline. Build database of leads and maintain relationships with potential candidates. Network at various local events. Screen potential candidates via phone interview and/or in person. Maintain consistent positive flow of communication between candidates and leadership. Guide candidates through interview process. Manage applicant tracking system, including reporting on various recruiting metrics Ad-hoc recruiting projects whenever there is a surge in hiring needs.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

Experience organizing, supporting, and growing a nationwide college campus recruiting strategy.  1-3 years of related experience sourcing candidates through campus recruiting, cold calling, networking, and internet search. Construction recruiting experience considered a plus. Experience as top talent acquisition professional in a medium-sized national organization preferred.  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or other related degree. Must be extremely organized and self-motivated. Ability to plan and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results. Must be exceptionally organized and process driven. Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and the employees, while maintaining constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations. Computer skills: ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and proficiency using Word, Excel, and Outlook.
