Job Summary

Vector Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Recruiter to join our team in the Southeastern United States. This role is essential in supporting our growing recruitment efforts for craft labor personnel across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for craft labor roles in Traffic Control, Underground Utility Inspection Services, and Hydro Excavation.
  • Regional Focus: Manage recruitment efforts across the Southeast (Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, & Florida)
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates by leveraging various recruitment channels, including job boards, industry referrals, and professional networks.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, craft job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the Vector Talent Solutions team.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and provide regular status reports to leadership.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction, utilities, or related industries.
  • Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with labor markets in the Western and Central United States is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong sourcing and interviewing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in recruitment software and ATS systems.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to attend recruitment events and meet with clients and candidates.
