Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate programs for compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Ensure quality service provision and support the development and improvement of the Babies Can't Wait Program
  • Train and monitor the quality of services provided by Special Instructors
  • Facilitate team meetings and manage payments through the BIBS system
  • Monitor and evaluate compliance with BCW guidelines, including conducting quality document reviews through the BCW online system
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university OR Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Two years of experience performing work related to area of assignment
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
