Job Overview:
Are you a seasoned recruiter in the trucking industry or a skilled CDL driver eager to pivot into recruitment? Height Talent Solutions is on the lookout for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join us as Independent Recruiters.
As a 1099 contractor, you will enjoy the autonomy to maximize your earnings while benefiting from the flexibility of remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and recruit both CDL and non-CDL drivers for prominent freight carriers.
2. Leverage various job boards, social media platforms, and other resources to discover potential candidates.
3. Conduct preliminary screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
4. Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring personnel.
5. Maintain precise and organized candidate records within our applicant tracking system.
6. Foster and nurture strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
Qualifications:
1. Prior experience in truck driving recruitment or a minimum of one year of CDL-A driving experience.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.
4. Proficient in utilizing job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.
5. High motivation and determination to meet recruitment goals.
6. Reliable internet connection and access to a computer/laptop.
