Als Solution Consultant (m/w/d) bist du Teil unseres internationalen Teams und der Schlüssel zum Erfolg unserer Implementierungsprojekte. Du wirst eng mit unseren Kunden zusammenarbeiten, um sicherzustellen, dass sie unsere Produkte nicht nur verstehen, sondern ihre Vorteile voll ausschöpfen. Welche Aufgaben erwarten Dich bei uns?

  • Onboarding / Implementierung: Übernimm die vollständige Implementierung unserer WFM Lösungen. Du begleitest unsere Kunden durch den Onboardingprozess - von der initialen Einrichtung bis zur vollständigen Adoption - und sorgst dafür, dass sie die Vorteile unserer Software voll ausschöpfen können.

  • Pre-Sales Unterstützung: Arbeite eng mit unserem Sales-Team zusammen, unterstütze bei der Beantwortung von RFPs und präsentiere potenziellen Kunden den Mehrwert unserer Lösungen durch überzeugende Demonstrationen.

  • Kundenschulungen und Beratung: Führe Schulungen für unsere Kunden durch, teile Best Practices und berate sie bei der Prozessoptimierung, damit sie unsere Lösungen effektiv und effizient nutzen können.

  • Projektmanagement: Übernehme die Administration mehrerer Projekte und stelle die termingerechte Bereitstellung der Lösungen sicher.

  • Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Arbeite mit verschiedenen internen Teams wie Produktmanagement, Design, Entwicklung, Marketing und Support zusammen, um eine umfassende und kohärente Produktdokumentation sowie Unterstützung zu gewährleisten.



Was Du dafür mitbringen solltest?

  • Erfahrung: Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Beratungsfunktion im SaaS-Umfeld zwingend erforderlich.

  • Sprachkenntnisse: Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse (muttersprachliches Niveau) und fließende Englischkenntnisse.

  • Technische Fähigkeiten: Kenntnisse in der Softwarekonfiguration und Fehlerbehebung; Erfahrungen mit Datenintegration und APIs sind ein Plus. Leidenschaft für KI-Technologien und deren Anwendung zur Optimierung von Kundenerfahrungen.

  • Projektmanagement: Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte parallel zu steuern und dabei hohe Qualitäts- und Zufriedenheitsstandards zu gewährleisten.

  • Soft Skills: Teamplayer mit hervorragenden Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Beziehungsmanagementfähigkeiten und hoher emotionaler Intelligenz.
