Responsible for the overall supervision of the Credit/ Accounts Receivable Department. Responsible for credit investigation and collecting of delinquent accounts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure team follows policies and procedures concerning Credit, Collection and Account Receivable. Review Past Due Reports to ascertain status of collection process. Guide team on next steps in the collection process and/or assess need to send to Collection Agency or Attorney for collection. Review new and existing accounts’ credit risk based on credit reports, credit references, financial statement analysis and any other information available. Establish and maintain Credit Limits on customer accounts following Delegation of Authority Guidelines. Complete and send appropriate application to Parent Company. Review and approve Accounts Receivable adjustment batches. Manage Engineering accounts. Complete Monthly Credit Status Reports and send to Management. Supervise cash application activity. Attend NACM-National Home Centers & Building Materials Credit Group meetings representing CDBS.
