Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at Performance Automotive Network. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing cash flow, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities
  • Post service, parts, and body shop department repair orders and counter tickets
  • Reconcile cash, checks, and credit cards, and post clearing entries for bank statements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable schedules
  • Process check requests and complete month-end cash clearing account reconciliation spreadsheets
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
