Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees.
- Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
- Perform routine system tasks such as updates, patching, and user management.
- Manage Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Set up and support equipment for events, ensuring accurate inventory.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
- Travel up to 15% within the US to client sites.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and MacOS.
- Strong skills in hardware troubleshooting and familiarity with antivirus, malware, and email security technologies.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team, adhering to departmental policies.
- Excellent time management, communication, and customer service skills.
- Capable of documenting troubleshooting solutions and system configurations.
- Physical ability to occasionally stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift/move up to 25 pounds.
- Microsoft certifications are a plus
