About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Parallel Partners. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring that their computer systems and networks are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system uptime and performance.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in IT or computer science preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive to different locations.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and other Microsoft products.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
