Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues with computer systems, hardware, and software.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on the use of computer systems and software.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive to different locations.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and other Microsoft products.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of VMware, Cisco, and other virtualization and networking technologies.
  • Experience with remote support tools and software.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.

The Technical Support Specialist will work in a professional office environment and will be required to drive to different locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and customer service.
