Job Description

SUMMARY

Reporting to Sr. Director Strategic Sales, this is a key sales role responsible for directing existing National Accounts (Maintenance) and on boarding new accounts and farming existing accounts to create and expand new growth opportunities to sell more Hoshizaki products within the National Account.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

  • Grow existing business
  • Add other product lines to current
  • Successful onboarding of National Accounts

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for retaining existing National Accounts.
  • Expand Hoshizaki’s growth into other product categories within these accounts
  • Direct our onboarding of new National Accounts and Manage the maintenance so the Strategic account managers can go out and get the next new National Account
  • Account set up
  • Direct facilities training
  • Set cadence calls with customers to review orders and schedules
  • Responsible for directing and working closely with the Customer Service Team and Technical Service Team to maintain our highest level of customer service for National Accounts
  • Work closely with the customer and our customer service team, and our Manufacturing team to accurately forecast the demand for NRO’s (New Restaurant Openings), replacement (resupply), and manage roll outs.
  • Direct communication as to the schedules of all the above.

  • Work closely with our Regional Sales team to help drive sale through the proper channels
  • Work closely with New Product Development on new products that National Accounts needs
