Location: REMOTE - US/USA SUMMARY: As a National Account Manager - Supply Chain, you will develop and expand existing and new National Accounts within a defined Vertical Market and/or region (North America). You will drive new sales opportunities with existing customers, positioning the company for success. This role involves leading all aspects of assigned accounts, including opportunity identification, pre-sales planning, deal execution, post-sales installation planning, and follow-up. What You'll Do: Achieve targeted sales growth for National Accounts at a rate and profit margin that align with the strategic business plan. Customer Management: Expand account penetration with new and existing accounts through frequent proactive contact. Establish and maintain a high level of quality and timely service to customers for maximum retention. Act as a central point of contact to service existing or assigned account’s needs. Business Plans: Formulate a sound business plan to provide acceptable sales growth. Research & Analyze Market Trends: Provide current market information and suggested marketing programs to the Sales Director. Promotional Programs: Implement promotional programs for National Account customers. What You'll Need: College Degree in Sales/Marketing or another related field preferred: Must have an understanding of how to conduct business at an elevated level. Minimum of five (5) years of commercial sales experience: Three (3) years of major accounts Sales of Products/Services in the Service Industry or related experience. Knowledge of electronic security, fire alarm, video surveillance, access control, and electronic article surveillance (EAS): Must be able to effectively manage a large number of clients and opportunities simultaneously. Must be proficient with computers, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
