Join our team and let’s continue making chocolate lovers happy A day in the life…As the Mass & Club National Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the internal and external customer needs for our everyday and/or seasonal business. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be highly organized and comfortable executing against tight deadlines. You also will possess excellent communication skills and will be an advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. If you are successful in this role, you could progress into an account management position.What you will be doing… Develop and create sales deliverables on time and within budget Support Senior Director, Team Leads and National Account Managers with sales presentations to include critical presentations while working cross functionally to obtain needed sales assets Create & maintain account specific data including customer authorization lists and style guide compliance for Mass & Club channels Lead digital content requirements to achieve acceptable content scores for Mass & Club channels. Coordinate accurate and on-time delivery of product samples to vendor planogram rooms for Target, Walmart & Sam’s Club Communicate customer timelines with appropriate internal departments and lead required management of everyday and seasonal item set up Collaborate with sales to complete item setup in customer portals Manage vendor systems including approved pricing, customer compliance and other item details Meet with internal departments as necessary concerning item changes or updates and required system changes Ensure prototype budget is managed effectively and meets the needs of the sales team Develop and maintain spreadsheets or item lists for use in reviews and ease of communication with customers and internal department (i.e.-forecasting, pricing, presentation strategy).Do you have what it takes? Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 1+ years of working experience Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong communication and willingness to work cross functionally Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers Strong time management skillset Strong attention to detailDo you stand above the rest? Field sales or inside sales experience Experience managing projects or Budgets Knowledge of the Digital consumer space Experience working with Walmart or Target
