Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in billing for Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare Part B/Primary Care.
  • At least 3 years' background in healthcare, with a minimum of 3 years' experience managing a medical billing team.
  • Must hold a billing certification - CPC, CCS, CCA or CMC.
  • Experience managing a billing team.
  • Strong knowledge of billing procedures and healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS guidelines, etc.)
  • Proficiency in using billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
