Role Responsibilities:
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing high-quality, personalized, and cost-effective pharmaceutical care. This role involves collaborating with the healthcare team to enhance patient medication therapy outcomes and improve overall quality of life. Key duties include:
- Delivering individualized pharmaceutical care
- Ensuring optimal medication management
- Participating in integrated pharmacy operations

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Alaska Pharmacist License upon hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, where applicable
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care hospital pharmacy experience
- Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
