Work Schedule:
Full-time, 1.0 FTE, Variable Shift, 40 Hours Per Week

Role Responsibilities:
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing high-quality, personalized, and cost-effective pharmaceutical care. This role involves collaborating with the healthcare team to enhance patient medication therapy outcomes and improve overall quality of life. Key duties include:
  • Delivering individualized pharmaceutical care
  • Ensuring optimal medication management
  • Participating in integrated pharmacy operations

All responsibilities are carried out in alignment with the mission and values of Providence Health & Services.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
  • Alaska Pharmacist License upon hire
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, where applicable

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of acute care hospital pharmacy experience
  • Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
