What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a Your Magical Powers):

Relationship-Building Extraordinaire: You’ll charm the socks off prospective clients and nurture those relationships until they know they can’t live without us.

Lead-Generating Dynamo: Got innovative ideas? Bring 'em on You’ll help us grow by coming up with clever ways to generate leads and connect with more awesome small businesses.

Sales Superhero: Cold calling, warm leads, and maybe even popping by a few businesses with some gifts – whatever it takes to show them we’ve got what they need.

Goal Crusher: You’ve got targets, and you're gonna hit 'em—whether it’s revenue goals, lead conversion, or client acquisition.

Collaboration Champion: Working closely with our leadership team, you’ll make sure everyone’s on the same page (and maybe even the same Spotify playlist).

Reporting Rockstar: You’ll keep our CRM updated, track your sales performance, and whip up some slick reports.

Requirements


What You Bring to the Table (Other than Snacks):

Proven experience in B2B Business Development (bonus points if you’ve worked with professional services).

You know your way around marketing and sales strategies like a pro.

Communication skills so sharp they could slice through a sales objection.

A genuine passion for helping small businesses thrive (because let’s be honest, they need all the help they can get).

The ability to work solo but still love a good team brainstorm session.
