About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development professional to join our team at HR Branches. As a Business Development Wizard, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with small businesses across Colorado, helping them thrive and grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in marketing and sales strategies.
  • Sales and Account Management: Work closely with our leadership team to drive revenue growth, lead conversion, and client acquisition.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on sales performance, tracking progress towards goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B Business Development, with a strong understanding of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
