Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Insurance and Financial Services Representative. As a key member of our agency, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, promoting State Farm products, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Product Promotion: Promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance, to customers and prospects.
  • Business Development: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve them.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the agent and other team members to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales role.
  • Marketing Skills: Strong marketing skills, with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer functions, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology.
  • Licensing: Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license and a Life and Health license.
