Executive Sushi Chef Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience as an elite-level Executive/Head Sushi Chef
  • 5+ years experience in high-volume / fine dining kitchens with at least $10M in annual revenue
  • Passion for food and cooking
  • Ability and passion for leading a team
  • Hands-on approach to running a sushi team
  • Must have experience in high-end Asian cuisine / Sushi / Omakase
  • Ability to step into an established brand and grow with the company
