Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Sushi Chef to prepare and present exquisite sushi and sashimi dishes with precision and artistry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Japanese culinary traditions and techniques, with a passion for omakase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our Executive Chef to create innovative and refined omakase menus that showcase your culinary expertise.
  • Sushi Preparation: Prepare and present exquisite sushi and sashimi dishes with precision and artistry, adhering to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of our culinary vision.
  • Guest Experience: Engage with guests to provide a memorable dining experience, exceeding their expectations and building a loyal customer base.
Requirements
  • Culinary Expertise: Proven experience as a Sushi Chef, preferably in a high-end or Michelin Star restaurant.
  • Japanese Cuisine Knowledge: Deep understanding of Japanese culinary traditions and techniques, with a passion for omakase.
  • Knife Skills: Exceptional knife skills and attention to detail, ensuring precision and artistry in every dish.
