We are hiring a Program Analyst to support key microelectronics programs at NSWC Crane.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide program, technical, and logistics support by managing communications, developing and reviewing reports, organizing meetings, and assisting with assessments  Analyze requirements, review, and coordinate with customers to generate appropriate documentation such as plans, schedules, briefings, reports, correspondence, and/or related material Compile inputs and assisting in preparing presentation material Assist in the management of master files/schedules related to the program Assist in the maintenance of reports, spreadsheets, and databases to support program objectives Coordinate the preparation, scheduling, and execution of multiple meetings, preparing discussion summaries, and tracking action items Assist with workflow management to complete tasks Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field and at least 2 years of job-related experience or equivalent Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Strong organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work and multi-task Flexibility and adaptability to start and stop tasks, as needed Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance. Please note US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
