Position Overview

We are currently in search of a seasoned Program Manager for a contingent opportunity, pending successful contract award.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial field.

Experience:
  • A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in program or project management.

Ideal candidates will possess expertise in Basic Radar RF, Microwave (MW), and Electronic Warfare (EW) Theory, Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), finite element analysis, thermal analysis, and modeling of RF and MW systems and circuits. Experience in planning processes for research, testing, and evaluation, including technology transfer, repair, and refurbishment processes, as well as designing form, fit, and function (FFF) replacement components is essential.
