We are hiring a Program Analyst to support key microelectronics programs at NSWC Crane.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide program, technical, and logistics support by managing communications, developing and reviewing reports, organizing meetings, and assisting with assessments
- Analyze requirements, review, and coordinate with customers to generate appropriate documentation such as plans, schedules, briefings, reports, correspondence, and/or related material
- Compile inputs and assisting in preparing presentation material
- Assist in the management of master files/schedules related to the program
- Assist in the maintenance of reports, spreadsheets, and databases to support program objectives
- Coordinate the preparation, scheduling, and execution of multiple meetings, preparing discussion summaries, and tracking action items
- Assist with workflow management to complete tasks
- Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field and at least 2 years of job-related experience or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work and multi-task
- Flexibility and adaptability to start and stop tasks, as needed
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance. Please note US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
