Responsibilities & Qualifications
Due to tremendous growth we are a seeking an Account Executive in Atlanta, GA who will join our dynamic team, report to the SVP of Sales, and drive growth through upselling and exceptional service coordination.
The Accont Executive will play a key role in managing and expanding our customer relationships, and we are looking for a motivated individual to help us continue our success story.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage key relationships within a targeted list of clients Achieve quarterly targeted new business growth goals Verify invoice accuracy Position clients for contract renewal Assist and create loyal customers Improve customer loyalty through exceptional interaction and complete resolutions to any of their concerns Work with Route Sales Drivers/Customer Advocates, Service and Production leadership as needed to ensure consistent high quality delivery Attend all sales meetings and sales training Develop and maintain other analytic reports as required by management Develop and execute a Goodwill Plan within key accounts Conduct quarterly business reviews with key contactsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have at least 3 years' of sales experience Must possess a minimum of a 4 year college degree or equivalent experience Account management and customer service experience Must be MS Office Proficient (Word, Excel) Must be willing to learn and grow with company Must possess strong decision making skills Must possess effective communication skills: written and verbal Interpersonal skills Initiate new ideas to get the job done by going beyond the normal performance expectations of the position Handle all situations, ., time pressure, deadlines, task difficulty Achieve total task accomplishment through concern for all areas involved, no matter how small Get along well with people and put them at ease; build rapport through use of listening and oral communication skills
