We have an opening for a FULL TIME  Scheduling Coordinator, Monday through Friday, who can answer yes to these questions.

Scheduling Coordinator Primary Responsibilities:

  • Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties
  • Confirm and update caregiver availability including vacation, sick time, and holidays
  • Document skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clients
  • Participate in New Hire Caregiver Orientation to share the Scheduling process and correct use of TimeSheets
  • Assist in gathering TimeSheets and Reviewing for Payroll
  • Assist with Office Phone Calls - It's a team effort in our office
  • Establish a great rapport with caregivers and clients

Scheduling Coordinator Requirements:

  • Experience – One year experience in a home care setting preferred for priority consideration
  • Education – High school diploma
  • Skills – Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail
  • Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.
